Aqua Dwelling

The building follows the requirement of redevelop the area and, for this reason, the old building has been teared down and pieced together the new one. The project involved to a new construction whose it is discerns for the clean lines, for the selected materials and last but not least, for the colors combination. Minimalist architecture whose it is featured form the sides symmetry, with a balanced relationship between solids and voids that does not changes the harmony along with the surrounding environment. The water attendance, the next by park, the slight colors of the prospectuses recall a relaxed environment around the corner from the downtown. The building consists of four main floors and one penthouse and it is composed by twenty apartments different in dimensions as long as on the basement are located the garages.
