The proposed project provide to recover and to retrain the functionality and the environment of the area sited on the old paint factory via a plurality of action among which: to tear down the unsuitable building of the old factory, to recover and to retrain the industrial structures, build new contemporary integrated constructions, redevelopment of the open spaces.
